Our honey has a single ingredient: raw bee honey. Allergen-free, non-GMO and non-irradiated. Each variety comes with its technical data sheet, moisture content below 19% and microbiological testing.

Honey is a calendar. It begins with the first almond blossom along the Tarragona coast, moves on to the orange blossom and rosemary of spring, and closes with the heather of late summer and early autumn. This is our selection: four honeys, each capturing a different moment of the year and carrying the character of its flower and its land. Four ways to experience honey, so every customer can find their own.

A year in bloom, four honeys

Bruc. Heather honey. Dark and intense, with sweet, bitter and savory notes. A honey with real character, made for cooking and for pairing with cheese.

Romaní. Rosemary honey. Very light in color, with an intense, pleasant aroma and a fine, almost creamy crystallization. A touch of elegance for sweetening drinks and dishes.

Mil Flors. Multifloral honey. A whole season of blossoms in a single jar. Floral, medium-bodiedand light amber.

Taronger. Orange blossom honey. Harvested in the orange groves of southern Catalonia, in Terres de l’Ebre, between April and May. Citrusy, delicate and fruity.
